New Web Based Business Tax Receipt Application for New Businesses

The Business Tax Receipt application is now web based and on our public website.  We will be urging ALL new businesses to apply for a Business Tax Receipt this way.  We can email customers the direct link to the application (https://www.okaloosatax.com/services/business-tax-receipt/btr-application/).  Please do not send a paper application to a business unless it is a necessity.  Field Services will handle the entire application process for all that apply online.  Agents will only handle the walk-in customers that want to apply for a BTR.  Every BTR that we can get to apply online will add an estimated 15-20 minutes back to the waiting time in the lobbies.
