To establish uniform procedures to recruit, select and appoint applicants to vacant positions within the Office of the Okaloosa County Tax Collector.

A. Individuals to be employed by the OCTC must meet the following criteria:
- Must meet the minimum qualifications specified in job descriptions.
- Must meet other bona fide preferred knowledge, skills and abilities required for the position for which the individual is being hired.
- Must be a United States citizen or an alien authorized to work in the United States.
